What should you do with a secondary source that you do not fully understand the relationship to your topic (A. Do not use it) (B. Included it but set it aside for the rest of the essay) (C. Do not include a quote but you can still cite it) (D. Include it as an embedded but explain that you aren't sure of the information) ?

    Well, you should strive to understand the sources you use. But, if there is information pertaining to your topic, you may use it. But you must always cite your information, even if you do not directly quote it.
