How can using textual evidence support my answers and increase my knowledge of the materisl being read

Using textual evidence will show that you fully understand the topic and it will support your argument/thesis. It will show others that you have done extended researcg and that there are other sources, people, and/or novels that share the same ideas, answers, or arguments as you do.
