Red roses are more beautiful than stereos, but they do not last as long. Even with care, a rose lasts only a few days before it wilts and dies.

One could even argue that the enjoyment one gets from music is greater than the enjoyment one gets from looking at a rose.

Therefore, it is probably better to have a love that is like a stereo. Even though stereos do not last forever either, they certainly last longer than a rose.
