The answer would be anorexia. Anorexia is an eating disorder where you are extremely scared of gaining weight. You are only focused on losing weight, never seeing yourself as thin. You fear food and the "toxins" it puts in your body, therefore you try not to eat, starving yourself until you are very skinny.
