I'm not sure if you want an example or the different uses for them so I'll give you both. Coherence refers to a certain characteristic or aspect of writing. Literally, the word means "to stick together" so basically that all the ideas in the paragraph/sentence flow smoothly to the next one. Consistency kinda means the same thing as well.
