Ralph remembers the comforts of home; for instance his simple breakfast his "mommy" and "Daddy", the simple beauty of the nature around his home, his items of entertainment and so on. This bothers him because now these things are out of reach and as the following scene shows his entrance into savagery begins. When Ralph is taken out of his daydreams and sent hunting after a boar on the beach signaling the decent and contrasting the comforts of access to an easy meal he once had back home.
