    I'd say that the line from Act 3 of Hamlet that supports the conclusion that Shakespeare is critical of actors is:

    it offends me to the soul to hear a robustious periwig-pated fellow tear a passion to tatters

    He wants to see an actor who is passionate about what he is doing, and not this.
