Boomerang aid means that when a country said support to other countries in need. On the surface it seems that it would be benefit the recipients but in reality, it benefits the donor. The nature of the programs would do more good for the donor than it did for the beneficiary. Hence, whatever gains are made from the project go back to the donor and recipient will only get some of what was generated. It does not benefit these countries who get this kind of aid rather it makes their lives more difficult.
