    Biome is a formation of living organisms that have common characteristics due to similar climates.

    Desert is one of example of biome.

    Beside desert's abiotic factors (such as really high temperature, large amount of sands), it's also identified by its characteristic ecological community (all of them have the capability to survive with minimum water intake)
