A town in central or south america where it rarely goes above 85 degrees at any time

I would say Guatemala City probably maintains an average temperature around 85 degrees fahrenheit and has been called I believe "the city of eternal spring" where it doesn't get too hot or too cold. I have been in Guatemala City several times and can vouch for this that the climate is very pleasant.
