    a) 99.24 roods

    b) 100,402.10 m2

    Explanation:

    a) the area of 3.36 acres is equivalent to 13.44 roods because 1 ac = 4 roods so:

    1 ac = 4 roods

    3.36 ac = x X = (3.36 x 4) / 1 = 13.44

    And the other area that has 15.6 times 5.50 perches, the area total will be: 15.6 x 5.50 = 85.8 square perchees.

    and 1 square peerch is equal to 1 rood

    so to obtain the area in roods, you add 13.44 roods of the first area plus 85.8 roods of the second area, that is a total of 99.24.

    b) to change in m2 the equivalent is 1 rood = 1,0011.71 m2

    99.24 roods = x

    X = (99.24 x 1,0011.71) / 1 = 100,402.10 m2

    Hope this info is useful.
