    2. Convergence

    Explanation:

The convergent boundary is the boundary of the earth this is related to the displacement to the plates and involves the two or more plates and this plate tectonics is driven by the convection cells in the metal which on heating generates a radioactive decay. And this plates consists of both the oceanic and the continental crust and thus is a process that links or related to the transform boundary.

There are three types of plate boundaries, and they are as follows-

Convergent plate boundary - Here, the plates move towards each other. It is characterized by the formation of a subduction zone, oceanic trench, volcanoes, volcanic islands, and deep-focus earthquakes. Divergent plate boundary - Here, the plates move in the opposite direction. It is mainly identified by the formation of mid-oceanic ridge, volcanoes, and the occurrence of deep-focus earthquakes. Transform plate boundary - Here, the two plates slide past one another. It is characterized by the occurrence of shallow-focus destructive earthquakes.

Thus, from the given conditions, the process of occurrence of earthquake is related to the transform plates boundaries, and there occurs no divergence, convergence or subduction zone.

The processes namely the convergence, subduction, and earthquakes are related to the convergent plate boundary.

And that process such as divergence and earthquakes are related to the divergent plate boundary.
