    The Himalayas in the Asia boaders China, India and Pakistan and this area contains about 1/3 of the world population and large landmass to qualify for Pangaea.

    Also, the Andes which boarders the west coast of Southern America and has such countries as Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Columbia, Ecuador, French Guiana, Guyana, Paraguay, Peru, Uruguay and Venezuela.

    Finally, theAlps of Europe which boarders some contries of Europe like France, Italy and Austria.

    We understand that fold mountains are as a result of great push together of more than one tectonic plates. Over geologic times these push had resulted in individual mamaoth mountains that have come together to be a stretch of mountain.
