Why can't high quality energy resources such as oil be recycled?

These trapped organisms an plants after millions of years turn into fossils, by undergoing the fossilization process. These are non-renewable energy resources or conventional sources of energy. In addition to oil, coal, petroleum and natural gas are also some examples of non-renewable energy.

Thus, the high quality resources or energy such as oil, petroleum and natural gas cannot be recycled.
