    Explanation:

    The growth and increased aridity of the Sahara region pushed people to migrate to other parts of the continent.

    Because of the tsetse fly, dense human settlements were limited to the Sudanic grasslands and the Nile River valley. People became more comfortable at other regions than the Sahara due to the harsh weather condition as well.
