Explanation:
Due to the presence of cold water bodies and the movement of warm air from above the surface of an ice cap or a frozen lake the water, the moisture from the water surface start to evaporate and this condensation form a strong fog over the surface. Which s a result of the stream fog. As fog is dense minute water droplet, occurring over by the process of condensation it greatly reduces in visibility and hence forms over a cold pond. These fogs are formed normally over a morning as the surrounding lands are colder than the water bodies thus the ea experience the blowing of these winds forms a low to the high-pressure area.
