Air temperature and the Velocity of Air.
Explanation:
Wind chills is the measure of the temperature when the wind is blowing. So when the wind is blowing and if it comes in contact of our skin it draws heat from our body hence we feel cold more the speed of the wind more cold we feel.
So the two main variables that are used to measure the wind chill are Air Temperature in Fahrenheit and Wind speed in miles per hour.
