Describe the policies created be the government of Rwanda during the 1960s. (Site 1)

Rwanda was a republic where there was division of power, freedom and right to express and speak what people wanted to and when ever they wanted to.

Explanation:

Rwandans were known as the ones getting revolution in the society. There was a transition and change from monarchy which was ruled by Tutsi to an independent republic which was dominated by the Hindu. This revolution and transition marked an end to violence.

There was proper division of power during this time and the people had the right and freedom to speak whatever they wanted to and when ever they wanted to.
