    Explanation:

    Without any atmosphere the ray of light coming from the sun would be able to reach our eyes as our eyes only reflect what is in the visible spectrum of wavelength, as stars have a wavelength of 2000 to 6000 angstroms which is not possible without any atmosphere.

    The concentration of O3 or ozone is mostly in upper layer of stratosphere as result the pollutants entering this layer can badly harm the the environment and also cause disturbances in the upper layer. Ozone concentration in Troposphere is only 10% hence it does not impact much.
