    Water vapor is the "fuel" for the typhoons since it discharges the "dormant warmth of buildup" when it consolidates to shape mists and downpour, warming the encompassing air. (This warmth vitality was consumed by the water vapor when it was dissipated from the warm sea surface, cooling the sea all the while.)
