    Answer:methane gas absorbs light on the red end of the spectrum. This gives Uranus it's blue-green hue.

    If you were to try to fly down through the layers of the atmosphere, the surrounding clouds grow denser and denser and colder and colder and they also grow bluer and bluer as the gasses absorb the visible spectrum.

    It is often described as the "rolling around the sun on its side planet" Uranus is tipped over on its side with an anxial tilt of 98 degrees.
