The dispersal hypothesis is the hypothesis in which that the Indo - European languages came from pronto - Indo - European and were carried eastward into southwest Asia, around the Caspian Sea and across the Russian Ukrainian plains and to the Balkans. The Balkans is Southeast Europe.
