    TRUE

Earthquakes can trigger wind, water or any natural force and cause earthen materials to move and erode. Earthquakes shake and loosen up soil and rocks making it easier to wear away on steep slopes. Deforestation, tillage and overgrazing can also make landscapes vulnerable to erosion. An earthquake can easily cause an erosion to unstable land.
