Why do political maps change more often then physical maps?

    People are always changing, their opinions and migrating, it is harder for a physical map to change because it takes years for it to make a significant change that is noticeable. people change faster than nature

    people invade counties, colonizing and such. countries rename themselves.

    Explanation: that happens more often then the tectonic plates have durastic movments worth noting.
