Found in the core of the Earth
Explanation:
The Earth core is filled with hot lava and is in liquid state
It also contains certain elements from which Nickel and Iron are found in abundance therefore it radiates a strong magnetic field. If you suspend a bar magnet tied to a string it will always bend or deviate towards the north indicating that the South in the core of the Earth.
