What is fair trade? True or false

Based on this question, I would be able to answer to first part, but the "true; false" part I may be able not to. The word, (fair trade) would then signify on when they would be two or more people, making a trade, that would not be either bigger than the other, but being fair to each other, and having a equal balance.
