The Time Zone in the United Arab Emirates is called the Gulf Standard Time and it's UTC+4hrs, so 4 hours ahead of the time at the Prime Meridian.
Currently, as I type, the time is 1:15 MP (for comparison, time in Berlin: 11:15 AM, time in New York: 5: 15 Am so 6 hours earlier)
