Determine why Chief Piapot asserted that the European-led government keeps only half of the promises made to native americans

He said that because he wasn't given everything he was promised. The series of treaties that was supposed to end the hostilities were only partially given to the Chief's people. He was particularly dissatisfied with the provisions from treaty 6 which weren't upheld even after he died.
