During the Constitutional Convention, B) The Virginia Plan was a proposal which included a bicameral Congress. This bicameral legislative branch of Congress is still implemented in the government of the United States nowadays as well, and the idea of proportional representation is still used as well (which was part of the New Jersey Plan).
