What would be a good skit for the tenth amendment

A good skit for the 10th amendment would be I would have to say

well the tenth amendment expresses federalism where the power is split between the state and federal government.

1. maybe a play where someone is in the state government and also one person in the federal government and them coming up with federalism and how the power is split ... just an idea : - )
