    If he didn't do it first or make it so harsh more people would rob houses

    Hammurabi code was the phrase " eye for an eye" which means if you killed someone's son then they will kill your son, so if you you do anything that hurts the person than it'll happens to the other person. People will get the same punishment for what they did to the other person
