Which dynasty controlled the most territory - Xia, Shang zhou Qin or Han

Just looking at maps shows that Xia, Shang, and Zhou come no where close to the land mass controlled by the Qin and Han

The Han controlled the most out of the two, with their land mass accounting up to 2,500,000 sq miles
