    President Bill Clinton is one of the most controversial presidents of United States. Aside from impeachment trial charges fro perjury and obstruction of justice, two impeachment articles were also initiated for a second case of perjury and abuse of power. The impeachment trial was initiated by the House of Representatives on December 1998. Not long after in February 1999, President Clinton was acquitted of all charges by the Senate for the filed charged against him. The Senate votes for the perjury charge was 55 against 45. The Senate votes for obstruction of justice is 50 against 50.
