    The darthmouth case revolve around the Dartmouth college that was forced from private institution into becoming public institution.

    Justice John Marchall believed that there should be a strong distinction between private sector and public sectors and he believed that the Government had no right in using its power to change the nature of this sectors becaue it's considerd an abuse of power.
