The government of Lizzandria wants to draft a new constitution that provides the maximum amount of liberty to its citizens, while also creating three branches of government (legislative, judicial, and executive). So far, the constitution gives the President of Lizandria, whom the citizens elect, absolute power over the legislative and judicial branches. What changes would Baron de Montesquieu suggest be made to the constitution of Lizzandria?
