    The first argument is that whether the Theresa is considered human being because she is not completely formed, her brain is uncovered; while the other argument is that a body organ cannot be donated unless the person is brain dead. Some doctors considered Theresa as a benign cyst and is not qualified to be an organ donor. On the other hand, removing a part of her body would cause her death which is a moral issue.
