The Internet and social media have increased the level of interactions between politicians and citizens, but how has their use changed the nature of the interactions?

    I would say interactions are easier to manufacture. Everything may be literally a script. Or, they can say anything they want, without having see the physical feedback. The supporters can follow them on social media, & the people who don't like them can't exactly riot in their speeches on social media. It is overall more plastic & fake I would say.
