Who coined the name united nations?

    The original idea for the United Nations was started by Woodrow Wilson after World War 1 however Europe rejected the idea. after World War II Franklin deleanor Roosevelt also agreed that there needed to be a United Nations. so technically President Franklin deleanor Roosevelt was the one who coined the term.
