What is one way in which other countries contributed to the Great Depression in the us

It mostly had to do with tariffs. When the US raised their tariffs sky high, the European trading partners responded by raising theirs to counteract this and fight the US laws. This resulted in a massive reduction of trade on all sides and this made it possible for the great depression to be even worse.
