Summarize the Gibbons v. Ogden Supreme Court Case

Gibbons v Ogden was a case where the Supreme Court ruled that businesses could not railroad consumers into paying higher prices (yes that was a pun) and that the federal government has the power to regulate interstate commerce. This decision led to the creation of the ICC (Interstate Commerce Commission).
