Why would a nation who had just overthrown its king now welcome a new dictator

In political philosophy, the right of revolution is the right or duty of the people of a nation to overthrow a government that act against their common interest and/or threatens the safety of the people without probable cause, stated through out history in one form or another, tge belief in this right has been used to justify various revolution
