How did the people of france organize them selves during the french revolution

    They aligned themselves within three estates, The Nobility, The Clergy, and the Burghers - or common people. The Nobility sought a return to a normal powerful monarchy. The Clergy didn't so much care of the head or form of government so much as they were pious and represented the Catholic Church in a reputable manner. While the common people wanted, and eventually got the Royals heads.
