How much time passes between the end of act 3 and the beginning of act 4? caesar?

Nearly two whole years pass between acts three and four. In that time following the death of Caesar, Lepidus, Mark Anthony and Octavius go on to create the Second Triumvirate. They also create an army strong enough to take on the armys of Cassius and Brutus.
