Why did marx's communist ideas appeal to most russians? a communist leaders believed in revolution. c their czar, or ruler, did not meet their basic needs?

    The correct answer should be that their czar, or ruler, did not meet their basic needs. Poverty was sky high and on top of it all, they were participating in World War 1, a war that the people didn't want to participate in. That's why as soon as the revolution happened, they exited the war before it ended.
