Well, the crussades did not really happen in Europe: they started in Europe, but then people traveled to the Holy Land (today's Israel. In practice people also fought in other parts, such as Constantinopole, but those were seen as routes to the Holy Land rather than destinations).
the first Crusade happened in 1096, and the last in 15th century: between this time there were many, many Crusades starting in Europe.
