What are the differences of the Virginia plan and the New Jersey plan

    The Virginia Plan included a bicameral legislature, in which the number of representatives in the legislature was dependent on the states' populations; contrariwise, the New Jersey Plan included a unicameral legislature, in which each state had an equal number of representatives in the legislature.
