    The answer is the United States. The US was rapt by inconsistent needs and welfares in foreign associations. Some Americans, called internationalists, were powerfully in approval of full contribution in world businesses. Other Americans, disgusted at the toll of World War I, turned private. They developed to be ardent isolationists, groups of custody the United States uninvolved with foreign businesses and as an alternative concentrating only on local matters.
