    If you're referring to Süleyman the magnificent, (I'm pretty sure you're referring to him), no he was not a Safavid emperor, though he lived in the sixteenth century, but was not a Safavid emperor. He was an Ottoman Emperor. He was the 10th ruler of the Ottoman empire. So, B. False is the answer.
