    1. The Electoral College system can change the influence of individual states in a few ways in that, it almost diminishes the influence of individual states because of its being.

    2. Advantages - you get exactly what the people say and vote for. They get to really be involved "head on" when voting. Disadvantages - Majority rules, and if the majority is one more on one side that can lead to serious debates and problems.

    3. Presidential campaigns would be affected by direct elections because the candidates would be really focused on gaining popularity.
