    The Americanization movement is a process of cultural assimilation of the culture of the United States that caused cultural and social effects in other nations that adopted the most popular customs and traditions of this nation. This social phenomenon and culture impact in other countries through American companies and organizations that were implanted in other countries such as food companies McDonald's, Burger King, and others. It also caused an impact through the adoption of popular expressions through television and music and other elements of Americanization. Mainly there was a process of cultural assimilation that threatened the identity and cultural essence of each region and took place in globalization.
